Hola! I'm Mau, a freelance 3D Artist / Motion Designer based in Monterrey, Mexico.
After studying Animation and Visual Effects at CRGS, I jumped on an adventure to Gunner School (in Detroit, MI) to learn more about Design and Animation. I also had the opportunity to be a remote apprentice (and freelancer) with the awesome people at BIEN (Los Angeles).
I have worked both in studio and, now, as a freelancer (for studios and directly with clients).
My biggest passion is to listen to and analyze client problems to craft bespoke ideas, concepts, and stories; while finding the ideal visual language to solve their communication needs.
When not in front of my computer, you can find me doodling ideas, taking pictures of the world around me, or playing with my best buddy Polo (the caffeinated pug).
